Michael White is a police officer for the Nevada Police Department. He has also taken on the role of School Resource Officer for the Nevada R-5 School district. Michael and his wife Tamara have been married for nearly eleven years and share two beautiful children, Emma and Braxton. Michael served four years in the Marine Corp and has been a law enforcement officer for the past 6 years.
Michael states, “I believe good dads are important because they help children grow and develop into functioning adults. I grew up without a father, so I know the importance of that male role model figure and how much it means to a small child. A good dad doesn’t mean that you are the biological father to the children, it just means that you are the man needed to raise a good person.”
