Brent Anderson

Brent Anderson, PsyD, is the father of three and the husband to Dana. A clinical psychologist. Dr. Anderson has held numerous clinical and leadership positions in his 14 years of military service.  Dr. Anderson also recently completed a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship in Child & Pediatric Psychology.  Dr. Anderson provides useful strategies on managing negative emotions, including how to reduce their impact. He also suggests ways to grow more desired emotions like optimism and gratitude.
