We’ve always loved the magic of campfires. They draw people close. They spark storytelling. They remind us to slow down and gaze up at the starlit sky. For many, the glow of a campfire brings back memories of camping trips with Dad. Who doesn’t love sharing toasted marshmallows while regaling tall tales in the dark with the steady presence of a father nearby? This year, Good Dads invites you to rekindle that warmth and nostalgia at our 10th anniversary fundraising dinner and celebration: “Gather ’Round the Campfire.”
Just like a spark that catches and grows into a blazing fire, Good Dads is experiencing incredible momentum. Our programs are growing like wildfire—reaching more fathers, strengthening more families and lighting the path for community transformation. This event is not just a fundraiser…it’s a chance to pull up a seat by the proverbial fire, reflect on the power of responsible fatherhood and be part of a movement that’s burning brightly with hope and change.

What is Good Dads?
Good Dads is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit headquartered in Springfield, MO. We are dedicated to building better communities one dad at a time by empowering, encouraging and inspiring fathers of all backgrounds to be the best parents they can be. The nonprofit began in 2015 when business leaders in the Ozarks recognized the impact of father absence and came together for the purpose of supporting father encouragement.
