Colby Hughes

Colby lives in Nixa, Missouri with his wife Andrea and their young son Cal. He works as the director of Prime, Inc’s Driver Health and Fitness. Colby joined the board of Good Dads in 2025 after hearing about Good Dads initiative to benefit over the road truck drivers and the work with Prime Good Dads website and newsletter. Colby is excited to be involved with an organization that provides the resources and ability for any dad to be the best dad they can be and strives to make an even larger impact on the lives of drivers over the road.
