Dr. Michelle Collins is a dedicated and visionary leader in education who has served the Branson community for more than 27 years. She began her career as a teacher at Mark Twain Schools before serving as both teacher and principal at Forsyth R-3. Since 2007, she has been a valued member of the Branson Schools administrative team and currently serves as the Principal of Cedar Ridge Elementary. Dr. Collins has also been instrumental in launching and partnering with community initiatives that provide mentoring, faith-based support, and resources to families across two counties. Her leadership played a key role in introducing Missouri’s first Good Dads–Strong Schools program during the 2022–2023 school year, reflecting her deep belief in the importance of strong fathers and the power in uniting families. She has been married to her husband, Don, for 28 years, and together they have three children and two grandsons. Her world revolves around her children’s sports, enjoying nature, cooking and family gatherings. Dr. Collins’ unwavering commitment to education, community, and family continues to shape the lives of her students and inspire all those around her.
