Tom Dugger

Tom Dugger is Executive Director for Families and Communities Together where for the past ten years he has led a small staff to collaborate with local people in Marion, Ralls and Pike counties to develop and build stronger, more successful families and children. Tom’s experience comes from spending six years as the local Red Cross director, twenty-five years as a higher education administrator, two years as a licensed nursing home administrator and two years as a certified manager of a Ford Motor Company dealership. Tom holds a master’s degree in management from Webster University. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his service in Vietnam.
