Will Cox is “Dada” to two boys: Liam (11) and Chandler (10). He has been married to Jenni (Mouse) for 12 years. God sent her on a divine mission 14 years ago to help make a man out of a mess. Will is co-founder and CEO of Solera Energy. Solera’s unwavering commitment to excellence and doing the right thing has allowed them to become the largest provider of solar energy in the state and employ over 50 people in Springfield, Missouri. Will enjoys working out and playing catch with his boys, which he has done almost every single day for the last eight years. His greatest passion is coaching football, having coached quarterbacks at Kickapoo for two years before going went into business. Coaching his sons’ football teams is the highlight of his year. I am also a member of Connect Church in Springfield, MO. Will has also had the opportunity to mentor several young fathers battling addiction. He knows their plight and the challenges ahead of them. Through the grace of God, Liam and Chandler don’t ever have to wonder who their father was. Good Dads can do the same for others and change the trajectory of families for generations to come.
