Good Dads Rolla
The Good Dads Rolla chapter is bringing together a dynamic group of community leaders who work together to bring the full gamut of Good Dads programs to the area.

Meet the Rolla Team
Andrew Bott • Good Dads Facilitator
Andrew Bott is the Program Director for the Rolla Mission, where he dedicates his time to supporting and uplifting individuals in need. With a strong passion for community service, he leads the Rise & Rebuild Program that provides shelter, resources and classes to the unhoused population. Outside of his professional work, Andrew is a devoted father to three children, balancing his responsibilities at home with his commitment to making a difference. His work reflects a deep compassion and drive to create lasting positive change.
Josh Cullom • Good Dads Facilitator
Josh Cullom is the Director and COO of Hope of the Ozarks and a graduate of Missouri S&T. He and his wife operate an Angel Tree summer camp for children with a parent in prison and homeschool their own 3 kids. Between first hand seeing so many kids who need good dads in their lives and being from a broken home himself, his passion is to help restore families and break the cycle of absentee-fatherhood.
Shaun Ratcliff • Good Dads Facilitator
Shaun Ratcliff is the CEO of Hope of the Ozarks, an area non-profit whose mission is to bring the hope of Jesus to children of prisoners. He is a graduate of Liberty University where he received his Bachelors of Science in Religion. Shaun is a father of five himself, and is passionate about helping children and empowering men to build strong and healthy relationships with their children.
Gregory Roman • Good Dads Facilitator
As an army brat and veteran, Gregory has lived and moved around the USA and other countries. He is originally from Louisiana. He has experienced many different cultures and experiences that have opened his mind to many viewpoints. He sought out the help of Good Dads to sharpen himself as a father and as a leader to his community. Gregory recommends the program to any man in the community as it’s not just about being a dad, but also about being a better man overall.
Sue & Don Langhoff • Good Dads Facilitators
Sue and Don Langhoff have been trained as Good Dads 2.0 and Within My Reach facilitators. Sue is a former teacher who worked both in public and Lutheran schools. Don was a Lutheran pastor who served four different congregations over 36 years and did development work at his undergraduate alma mater, Valparaiso University, after retiring from the ministry. The Langhoffs have lived in Rolla for five years.
