Last night, we had the joy of doing just that at our fall donors reception hosted at the home of a board member, and we’re over the moon about this evening filled with warm conversation, delicious food, a little wine, and the company of so many generous friends.
Most of all, we’re grateful.
Yesterday was an opportunity to celebrate the work we’re doing together. Thank you to everyone who was a part of that!
During her program, Good Dads’ founder and Executive Director, Dr. Jennifer L. Baker, shared a glimpse of the Good Dads mission and the ways we are forging ahead—that is, how we are continuing to build on what we’ve learned. In 2026 we’ve reached dads and are making remarkable progress toward securing our vision of stronger families and healthier communities.
One message stood at the heart of the reception: Dads are the key!
Just like we say in our mission statement: When fathers are inspired, resourced and encouraged to be more involved in the lives of their children, the benefits reach far beyond the walls of their homes. Children thrive. Families grow stronger. And communities become healthier places to live, work, and raise the next generation. At Good Dads, we believe that investing in fathers is an investment in all of us.
We also know that this work isn’t accomplished alone. It takes a community of people who believe in the importance of fatherhood—people willing to stand behind that belief. Our donors and supporters make it possible for Good Dads to keep forging a new path, and we never want to take that generosity for granted.
To everyone who joined us last night: Thank you for sharing your evening with us! We are hearted by your encouragement. Thank you for believing in the difference that good dads can make. We’re honored to have you alongside us as we continue forging ahead!
