Can’t get enough Good Dads Strong Schools? Neither can we! This summer, we’re partnering with Flourish to host two Strong Schools events on June 5 and June 12. Both events will run from 6:45–7:15 a.m. at Immanuel Baptist Church. All students and families are welcome — even if your child isn’t enrolled in summer school!
We’re so excited to partner again with Flintrock Home Builders for an unforgettable Charity Gold Tournament! Tee off on Monday, May 19, at Millwood Golf Club in Springfield, MO. Register your team of four for an 18-hole tournament supporting Good Dads.

Looking for a new way to give back to your community? Learn everything you need to know to facilitate a Good Dads class in your area at our Training Camp! Receive training in the most effective strategies for serving fathers and families in your neck of the woods. The April Training Camp is in Springfield, MO.
Good Dads invites proposals for presentations at its one-day summer reunion event for father-focused individuals in Springfield, MO. This year’s theme, Bringing it Home, encourages a broad exploration of the many ways we can support fathers and their families through additional resources and training. Submissions for session proposals are due April 15.
Soon-to-be Good Dads chapters learned the ins and outs of launching a Good Dads Initiative in their community at our all-day strategic meeting. We covered the most effective ways to implement programs for at-risk dads, reaching fathers of elementary students, building momentum with stakeholders and much more at this fast-paced orientation.
We celebrated 27 dedicated dads who fulfilled all the requirements of the New Pathways for Good Dads program. These remarkable individuals have achieved so much: They completed both classes, secured stable employment, and are positively impacting their families’ lives. You have our sincerest congratulations, graduates!
Good Dads hosted its first-ever Chapter Orientation, and it was a real hit! With our increased focus on expansion, aimed at reaching more dads throughout Missouri than was previously possible, we know that building relationships and empowering a community to take ownership of a Good Dads initiative is critical.
Thank you to everyone who nominated an Outstanding Dad! We received submissions from across the Ozarks from sons and daughters, spouses, friends and neighbors, co-workers and many others who recognize the important role that dads play in the their children’s lives. We announced the four 2024 winners just in time for Father’s Day.
Teams of four vyed for prizes and the best score while supporting Good Dads! We’re heart-warmed and humbled to see the outpour of support our first-ever charity golf cup at Millwood Golf Club in Ozark, MO. Thank you to Flintrock Home Builders, whose hard work had a huge payoff! We owe it to our friends at Flintrock for the event’s success!
